The Phoenix is a symbol of transformation. At various stages of life, each of us stands on the threshold of change — sometimes willingly, sometimes because there is no other option.

Phoenix Weekend is a taste of the process that unfolds in its full form during three weeks in the Amazon rainforest.

It will help you discover whether:

Our ancestors devoted conscious attention to these transitions. We continue this tradition and create a space where you can pause, take a breath, and look at your life from a different perspective.

What awaits you during the weekend

Over four blocks, you will try techniques for working with breath, body, and attention. They will help you slow down, release stress, and look with distance at where you currently are in your life.

• breathing techniques to calm the mind and reduce stress
• simple movement and energy exercises
• work with imagination and intention
• meditation and deep relaxation
• evening sharing in a circle

The whole weekend takes place in nature — mostly in a teepee by the fire and in a landscape that itself helps you slow down.

Accommodation for 2 nights in a villa or cabins. A voluntary donation to the organization is welcome.
